I've been using ESET for years, and my whole family is on it too. It's hands down the best antivirus I've ever tried, packed with all the features you could ask for and more. A quick tip for anyone setting up ESET: make sure to completely uninstall any other antivirus programs or trials before you go ahead with this installation. If you don’t, it could mess up your Windows system. You might even find yourself unable to log in at times. So, do yourself a favor and start fresh with no other antivirus on your machine, and just stick to the setup instructions. ESET does a solid job of shielding your computer from most online threats, but remember, no antivirus can catch everything. The first and foremost line of defense is YOU. Personally, I think ESET paired with Malwarebytes makes for a powerful duo in terms of protection. But regardless of what software you use, if you click on the wrong link, you could still end up with a virus. So, stay sharp, avoid obvious ads, and always read the fine print.
